Pre-Task Planning

Before any iron moves, our crew conducts a thorough pre-task analysis. We identify hazards, establish controls, and confirm every team member understands the plan for the day. No surprises.

Continuous Training

Safety knowledge is not static. Our crews participate in ongoing safety training that covers rigging, fall protection, equipment operation, and OSHA compliance — kept current with the latest industry standards.

Rigorous Inspections

Every connection is inspected. Every lift is planned. Our site superintendents conduct daily safety walkthroughs to ensure conditions remain safe throughout the project lifecycle — not just at the start.

PPE Compliance

Full personal protective equipment is non-negotiable on every ANE job site. Hard hats, high-visibility vests, fall protection harnesses, and appropriate footwear are worn without exception.

Stop-Work Authority

Every member of our team — regardless of rank — has the authority and responsibility to stop work when they observe an unsafe condition. Safety always takes precedence over schedule.

Incident Reporting

Near misses and incidents are reported and analyzed — not buried. We use every learning opportunity to strengthen our safety program and prevent recurrence across all projects.
